Do you install?
We do not provide plumbing/contracting services. We can, however, recommend a reputable local licensed plumber or contractor.

Can I order by phone or internet?
We understand that it is not always possible for everyone to get to the showroom. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover should you wish to purchase an item by phone.

Do you deliver?
We can often ship to you direct from the manufacturer or for non-house charge accounts, have it delivered to you for a fee. Please see a sales staff member for more information.

Why should I make an appointment?
We strongly encourage you to make an appointment with us. Our sales staff is available for walk-ins and appointments. Walk-ins are assisted on a first-come first-served basis, if you make an appointment with one of our sales staff you can be assured of prompt assistance.
